"Having first spotted Morrison Estates online presence on daft.ie in early 2006 when i was listing my rental property myself, i decided first to list the property myself and try and let it directly. I got 10 calls from Auctioneers/Agents telling me they had loads of tenants looking, on testing this claim i found that they did not. I decided to contact Morrison Estates as a local upmarket agency specialising in the Beacon area [mainly as they were the only agency that did not bother to call me! Or pester me! Within 2 days my property was let for 2 years, and has had 1 tenant since, all in all 2 tenancies in 4 years. They were slightly more expensive at the time but it works out that it was better cost value in the long term, as my tenancies were longer. I work as a management consultant and was recently in Sandyford Dublin working on a three month project.  I got in touch with Morrison Estates short let team a month before I was due to move and I can’t recommend the service enough.  I wanted to live in a safe area with a short commute.  The advice I received was second to none.  The Morrison Estates team has an in-depth knowledge of the Dublin market and they were able to suggest areas which suited my requirements to a tee.
