For corporate tenants we review all lease documentation and we look out for any unfair clauses, we also negotiate break clauses in case of new work situations not working out for employee or employer, we also are there at time of move in time in order to check over the property, record any damage by doing a photographic inventory and check in [so that the tenant is not liable for any damages not being noticed by landlord or their agent] and witness the check in process, signatures etc.
