Comprehensive Property Management
Our experienced Property Management department looks after hundreds of properties on behalf of our clients in Dublin and around the world, relieving clients from the constant responsibility of being a landlord. In fact, many of our corporate tenants prefer managed properties.

Building Energy Rating (BER) Certificate
From 1st January 2009, the majority of homes offered for sale or rent will be required by law to have a Building Energy Rating (BER) Certificate which will rate properties according to their energy efficiency.
The certificate must be issued by a B.E.R surveyor approved by Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI) and is valid for 10 years from date of issue. There are fines of up to €5,000 for non-compliance.
Property Fit Out Services
On new properties we can arrange an entire fit out service, normally using an appropriate design and budget depending on the property. We also arrange a RE-FIT service where we may have to replace certain items that may be gone pass their sell by date, such as bedding, sofas etc., carpets or flooring. We have a range of suppliers and can arrange everything on time and on budget.
Comprehensive property inspections
We can carry out a thorough inspection of your property every year providing a full colour brochure with recommendations and details on any improvements that they be required. This keeps your property in good condition for all future rentals and can minimise costs in the longer term.
