James leads our sales and lettings team and is an experienced estate agent with over 20 years of experience in the property industry. He is passionate about building a customer-focused, long term estate agency business model which is technology led and best in class.
As well as being an expert in residential property for the sale and letting of residential houses and apartments, James is experienced in dealing with commercial property and land. James is a registered valuer with a Recognised European Valuer (REV) status as well as a being member of IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers) and the Confederation of European Estate Agents.
James is hands on throughout the process and has an in depth knowledge of the market and an understanding of what marketing process is required for each individual property so that you can be sure you get the best result when you need it.
Aine has over 20 years experience in both the sales and lettings business, and the entire marketing process involved from valuation to closing. Aine is an estate agent who is relentless in her approach to improving what Morrison Estates has to offer its clients. In addition Aine is Client Account manager of Morrison Estates & Lettings for the smooth running of our growing property management collection portfolio for our managed properties.
Aine also set up and implemented our online portal dashboard for landlord accounts and managing these online portal systems so that all transactions are recorded in real time. Aine also oversees our business systems generally and is head of our audit, compliance and AML systems.
Aine is a member of IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers) and the Confederation of European Estate Agents.
Lisa is head of operations for our Residential Sales & Lettings departments and is in charge of our leasing department which handles hundreds of landlords and tenants leases yearly.
In addition Lisa’s department teams are responsible for our our sales and marketing departments and all client services operations from arranging professional photography, videos and floorplans to managing our online bidding software platforms and identifying new opportunities and constantly improving and seeking out the best ways to improve and coordinate efficiency for the sales process, and also for busy landlords and tenants to deal with their tenancy arrangements.
Lisa set up and implemented our digital signing of documents systems, along with our leading property reporting and repair website App which communicates to our international and corporate tenant base in over 40 different languages, to ensure that Morrison Estates is the industry leader in the residential lettings sector.
Paula is head of our Property Management department and she also looks after our prime lettings business of larger corporate homes and she is responsible for the smooth running of hundreds of managed properties across Dublin. Paula is an experienced licenced agent with over 18 years experience in the property business.
Paula and her team oversee all aspects of the relationship with tenants and corporate clients throughout their tenancy so that the relationship between tenant and landlord is professional and protected with the aim of having longer tenancies where possible. Corporate tenants prefer managed properties.
Paula’s department is responsible for our exclusive report a repair software for tenant reporting 24/7 and in over 42 languages and her team arrange the coordination of the very best vetted contractors, including plumbers, electricians and general maintenance for our properties throughout Dublin.
Jenny is an experienced professional agent with 20 years experience across media and property working with our Sales & Lettings Department.
As well as being a first point of contact meeting buyers and tenants at our front of house viewings for sales and lettings, Jenny is also in charge of our property inspections and dealing with and coordination of ongoing inspections of our managed properties portfolio.
Jenny and the property team check to ensure that each property condition, compliance and maintenance is kept up to date in order to ensure the smooth running of all tenancy matters during the leasing period. This includes tenancy check in’s and check out’s, inventories and coordinating property upgrades and refreshing, to include furniture fit out services when required through our independent supplier firms.
Professional and corporate tenants prefer managed properties, as it keeps every aspect of the transaction professional and is designed to keep longer tenancies where possible.
Aimee is currently undergoing her Auctioneering studies with a view to a long term career in the property business. She is our front of house and oversees all enquiries from clients and further engagement to understand their specific needs for tenancy or purchase. Aimee coordinates all aspects of the relationship with landlords and tenants/corporate clients throughout their tenancy so that the relationship between tenant and landlord is professional and protected with the aim of having longer tenancies where possible. Corporate tenants prefer managed properties.
In addition Aimee coordinates all property viewings along with all aspects of tenancy applications and lease preparations, through to our digital documentation signing systems for Docusign.
Aimee also manages our state of the art website to ensure all properties are up to date and is our social media content marketing manager.
James having recently undergone his Auctioneering studies is a young professional who works front of house for both our residential sales and lettings properties with a particular focus on the new lettings/corporate leasing business.
James also works with each department within Morrison Estates in order to gain a broad range of experience in every aspect of the estate agency business as part of his programme. James has spent a lot of time working on the property valuation side of the business in order to obtain experience in valuation and the various methods that are used by estate agents to value property for sale or for rent. In addition James works with our marketing department to coordinate professional photography, video and floorplans so that each property is presented at its very best. In addition James works with our IT team to coordinate our website and with property listings through Myhome.ie and Daft.ie to ensure our maximum exposure. James is also experienced in all aspects of the Residential Tenancies Act and maintains property re-registrations with RTB and coordinates rent reviews.
