James is a highly experienced estate agent and property professional with more than 30 years’ experience across residential sales, lettings, valuations and the wider property sector.

As Head of Sales & Lettings at Morrison Estates, James works directly with homeowners, landlords and investors, advising on property values, marketing strategies and negotiations. His extensive market knowledge and commercial experience enable him to develop tailored strategies designed to maximise value and achieve the strongest possible outcome for each client.

In addition to residential property, James has considerable experience in commercial property, land transactions and professional valuations. He is a Registered Valuer and Recognised European Valuer (REV) and a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) and the Confederation of European Estate Agents (CEPI).

Known for his hands-on and personable approach, James combines traditional estate agency experience with modern marketing, technology and negotiation techniques, while remaining personally involved throughout the property journey.

Aine is an experienced estate agent and property professional with more than 20 years’ experience across residential sales, lettings, property management and agency operations.

Working across the Sales & Lettings business, Aine has extensive knowledge of the complete property process, from valuation and marketing through to negotiation, tenancy management and completion. Her attention to detail and strong organisational skills play an important role in ensuring clients receive a professional and seamless service.

Aine also oversees key financial, client accounting and compliance functions within Morrison Estates, including the systems supporting the company’s growing managed property portfolio. She has played a central role in introducing digital landlord accounts, online reporting and modern operational systems across the business.

A member of IPAV and CEPI, Aine combines practical estate agency experience with strong financial and operational expertise, helping ensure Morrison Estates maintains the highest professional and regulatory standards.

Paula is a licensed property professional with more than 18 years’ experience in residential lettings, property management and client services.

As Head of Property Management, Paula leads Morrison Estates’ substantial managed residential portfolio across Dublin while also working closely with the wider Sales & Lettings team. She has particular expertise in prime residential and corporate lettings, working with landlords, investors, multinational companies, relocation agents and executive tenants.

Paula and her team oversee every stage of the tenancy and management process, from preparing properties for the market and securing tenants through to inspections, maintenance, compliance and ongoing tenancy management.

Her hands-on approach, extensive market knowledge and commitment to communication have helped establish long-standing relationships with landlords, tenants and corporate clients and strengthen Morrison Estates’ reputation for professionally managed residential property.

Jenny is an experienced property professional working across Morrison Estates’ Residential Sales & Lettings divisions, bringing more than 20 years’ combined experience across the property and media sectors.

As one of the agency’s principal client-facing team members, Jenny conducts sales and letting viewings, works with prospective purchasers and tenants and plays an important role in presenting properties professionally and communicating their key features and benefits.

Jenny also carries out property and tenancy inspections across the managed portfolio and works closely with landlords and tenants on property preparation, inventories, check-ins, check-outs, maintenance and property improvement programmes.

Her excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to build rapport with clients make Jenny an important part of the Morrison Estates property team, from the initial marketing of a property through to a successful sale or letting.

James is an experienced estate agent and licensed Auctioneer working across Morrison Estates’ Residential Sales & Lettings divisions, with a particular focus on residential sales, valuations, negotiations and the continued growth of the agency’s corporate and executive lettings business.

Working directly with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants, James manages all stages of the property process, from initial market appraisal and preparing a property for launch through to viewings, negotiations, sales progression and successful completion or letting. His strong understanding of the Dublin residential market allows him to provide clients with practical, informed advice throughout each transaction.

James has particular experience in residential sales and rental valuations and works closely with clients to develop effective pricing, presentation and marketing strategies. He is also actively involved in coordinating professional photography, video, floorplans and digital advertising to ensure each property is presented to the highest standard and receives maximum exposure across leading national and international property platforms.

Combining strong negotiation and communication skills with a modern understanding of digital marketing and property technology, James brings an energetic yet professional approach to estate agency and plays an important role in the continued development of Morrison Estates’ Sales & Lettings business.

Ríona works across Morrison Estates’ Residential Sales & Lettings divisions, bringing a valuable combination of architectural knowledge, design awareness and developing estate agency expertise to the team.

Holding a degree in Architecture and currently completing her professional Auctioneering studies, Ríona works with the sales and lettings teams on property viewings, client communications, tenancy coordination, valuations and the preparation and marketing of residential property.

Her architectural background provides an additional perspective when assessing property presentation, layout, design and the potential improvements that can enhance a property’s appeal and value.

With strong attention to detail and a modern, client-focused approach, Ríona is building broad experience across residential estate agency while bringing an additional design and architectural dimension to the Morrison Estates team.
